We will accept return requests until 01/01/2027. The customer requesting the return is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Include the item(s) you wish to return along with a copy of your order invoice. Once your return is received, you will receive the refund, along with an email message confirming receipt. Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

In order to process this exchange you must email info@nursejamie.com with photos showing any issues and the best address for a replacement. Your new item will be sent out once the previous item has been received and reviewed by our staff. We do not accept exchanges of products that are empty.
