How to Use:

• For best results, use for 3–5 minutes daily as part of your morning or evening skincare routine. Always roll upward and outward
• Prep your skin — Cleanse and apply your favorite serum or facial oil. We recommend pairing with your favorite Nurse Jamie Moisturizer or oil (sold separately) for maximum results
• Start at the neck — Roll upward from the collarbone to the jawline using gentle, sweeping strokes to warm up the skin
• Work the jawline — Roll from chin to ear along the jawline, 5–6 strokes per side
• Sculpt the cheeks — Roll from the corner of the nose outward toward the ear. Use slightly more pressure here for a sculpting effect
• De-puff the under-eyes — Gently roll from the inner corner outward. Use light pressure — this area is delicate
• Finish at the forehead — Roll upward from the brows to the hairline to smooth and lift the appearance of skin
